Four steps, the price written first, and a person who answers. Below is everything that usually sits in the small print.

From the search to the keys

Choose the home

Area, guests, dates. Every page has all the photographs and the starting price.

Check the dates

The button takes you to the booking engine with dates and guests already filled in. There you see the total with every item.

Confirm

You receive the confirmation by email with the address, directions and the support number.

Arrive

Between 3 and 7 pm you find the keys, the home cleaned, the beds made. Check-out is by 10 am.

The price

Nightly prices on the pages are starting prices, in low season. The total for your dates comes on the booking engine before you confirm.

Arrival and departure
Check-in from 3 to 7 pm. Check-out by 10 am. Late arrivals by arrangement.

Quiet hours
From 11 pm to 6 am. These are lived-in buildings, and the neighbours are ours.

Deposit
Up to €300 for any damage, returned at check-out.

On request at Attico San Faustino. Not in the other homes.

The person booking must be at least 18. No parties, no smoking indoors.

Two nights. Three at Attico San Faustino. It may rise in high season.

Questions

Can I pay in instalments or on departure?

Payment terms are shown on the booking engine with the rate you choose. For anything unusual, write to us first.

What if I arrive after 7 pm?

Write to us as soon as you know your time. It can usually be arranged, with a small fee for late-night arrivals.

Do the homes have a cot or a high chair?

On request, where there is room. Tell us the children's ages when you book.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, with the details you send us at booking.
