The kitchen is new, with an island and painted tiles. The bedroom has a double bed under a second brick vault. The bathroom has a shower and stone basins.

Everything is on foot: the seafront in three minutes, the station in eight. In the evening the lanes stay alive, with the focaccia bakeries and the wine bars.
