The top floor of a period villa on the San Faustino hill, east of the centre. Inside, 165 square metres: a living room with bookshelves and sofa, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a hot tub by the window.

Outside, the terrace. One hundred and ten square metres of terracotta with a table, sunbeds and the gulf in front: the sun sets behind Portofino, and at night you see the lights of Rapallo.

A garden with bougainvillea, private parking and, a hundred metres below, the rocks. The centre is a kilometre and a half away, on foot along the Aurelia or five minutes by car.
