The company name and contact details are placeholders until the client confirms the company data.

From the site form: name, email, dates and message, to answer the request. Legal basis: consent, and pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request.

From the booking, on the booking engine: the data required by law for tourist accommodation, including guests' identity documents, which are reported to the police headquarters as required by article 109 of the Italian TULPS. Legal basis: legal obligation and performance of the contract.

The tourist tax is reported to the Comune di Rapallo under the municipal regulation.

Request data is kept for twelve months. Booking data for the time required by tax and public security obligations.

Data may be processed by the booking engine provider (Smoobu GmbH, Berlin) and by the portals through which you book. It is not passed on to others for marketing.

At any time you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object, by writing to the controller's email. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
